JBK型框式搅拌器直径较大，一般取反应器内径的2/3～9/10，50～70r/min。快速旋转时，搅拌器叶片所带动的液体把静止层从反应容器壁上带下来；慢速旋转时，有刮板的搅拌器能产生良好的热传导。
JBK型框式搅拌器一般使用于粥状物料的搅拌，搅拌转数以60-130r/min为宜，适用的*黏度为200～300Pa·s。
