渣浆泵*正确地选型:

一、通过工况首先确定选择哪一款渣浆泵:

 

1 这里所说的工况理解为应用行业等,例如:选矿,选煤,抽沙等。(这一步很重要,也是做选型的前提工作)

 

2 流量,扬程是选泵最基本的两个参数:

a:通过工况初步确定泵的大致情况,如哪个系列型号或者是否考虑材质等

b:确定泵的系列型号后,通过流量,扬程读性能曲线,从而确定泵的具体型号和大小。

c:读曲线,计算功率:泵的轴功率计算必须知道的参数包括流量,扬程,效率,渣浆比重;效率(η)由流量,扬程决定,通过读性能曲线来读出来;渣浆比重客户无法提供的只能通过经验值。一般在(1-2之间),技术计算时会给一个估算值计算功率。

d:计算轴功率 P=m*g*h/η 其导出式:P=ρ*Q*H/102η(实际计算中要注意安全系数使用)

e:电机功率,通过轴功率 取其最近且比轴功率大的电机功率为最终电机功率。

 

 二、更多参数:工况流量扬程。渣浆比重。固体比重。浓度。 Ph值温度。按照一的基本过程,只不过C的步骤中渣浆比重参数直接用客户提供的数值,或者通过固体比重和浓度来计算渣浆比重。

 

重量浓度一般主要考虑浆体的磨蚀性的程度,具体某种矿浆,浓度越高肯定磨蚀性相对会更高,同时渣浆比重也会更高。所以也就有了我们分重型,中性,轻型渣浆泵,就是根据渣浆的含量大致来换分这么一个概念,没有严格界限。

 

Ph值是我们判断是选取泵的过流部件的材质因素之一(一般5-12的ph值是考虑金属过流件范围,其余范围考虑用橡胶或者其他特殊材质,这里也是理论数字范围不能死套,要灵活应用);

 

温度也是确定材质是否可以用的因素之一,一般温度大部分情况是很少考虑的因素,但有时也有特殊工况对温度提出要求。

 

 三、详细参数:工况流量扬程渣浆比重固体比重浓度 Ph值  温度 D50,D80,管路(管道,弯头,阀门,渐(缩,扩管),粘度等

 

仍然是按照一的基本过程,只不过在这种详细参数中,一般都是投标的项目,或者客户端非常专业,才能提供如此多的详细参数。一般情况下能提供到二的参数已经算是详细。一些大的项目,大的投标会有专门的设计单位或者部门为客户提供一个详细的数据,所以才可能会提供三这样的详细程度。这个详细参数其实主要是增加了管路方面参数,而管路方面是计算(动态扬程)的参数,一般好多客户无法提供详细管路情况,或者管路简单,所以都忽略不计了,直接提供个扬程而已,我们就不用算了,但是一旦提供详细的管路,我们就需要自己计算动态扬程,具体计算动态扬程也是相对比较复杂,但是都有现成公式套用。

c: Read the curve and calculate the power: The parameters that must be known for the calculation of the pump's shaft power include flow, head, efficiency, and the proportion of slurry; the efficiency (η) is determined by the flow and the lift, which can be read out by reading the performance curve; customers of the proportion of slurry Can not provide only through experience. Generally (between 1-2), the technical calculation will give an estimated value to calculate the power.


d: Calculate shaft power P = m * g * h / η Its derived formula: P = ρ * Q * H / 102η (In the actual calculation, pay attention to the use of safety factor)


e: Motor power. The final motor power is taken as the motor power closest to the shaft power through the shaft power.


 Second, more parameters: working conditions flow head. Specific gravity of slurry. Specific gravity of solids. concentration. Ph temperature. According to a basic process, except that in step C, the slurry specific gravity parameter directly uses the value provided by the customer, or calculates the slurry specific gravity through the solid specific gravity and concentration.


The weight concentration generally mainly considers the degree of abrasiveness of the slurry. For a certain slurry, the higher the concentration, the higher the abrasiveness will be, and the specific gravity of the slurry will be higher. Therefore, we have a heavy, neutral, and light slurry pump, which is based on the concept of slurry content, and there is no strict limit.


Ph value is one of the material factors that we judge is the material of the pump's overcurrent parts. (Generally, the pH value of 5-12 is the range of metal overflow parts. The rest of the range is rubber or other special materials. Here is the theoretical number range. Set, to be applied flexibly);


Temperature is also one of the factors that determine whether the material can be used. Generally, the temperature is rarely considered in most cases, but sometimes there are special operating conditions that require temperature.


 Third, detailed parameters: working conditions, flow head, slurry, specific gravity, solids, specific gravity, concentration, Ph, temperature, D50, D80, pipeline (pipe, elbow, valve, gradually (shrink, expand)), viscosity, etc.


It is still in accordance with the basic process of one, but in this type of detailed parameters, it is generally the bidding project, or the client is very professional, so that it can provide so many detailed parameters. In general, the parameters that can be provided to two are already detailed. Some large projects and large bids will have a specific design unit or department to provide customers with detailed data, so it is possible to provide three such levels of detail. In fact, this detailed parameter mainly increases the parameters of the pipeline, and the pipeline is a parameter for calculation (dynamic head). Generally, many customers cannot provide detailed pipeline conditions, or the pipeline is simple, so they are ignored and directly provided. We only need to calculate the head, but once the detailed pipeline is provided, we need to calculate the dynamic head by ourselves. The calculation of the dynamic head is relatively complicated, but there are ready-made formulas to apply.
