KAYSEN凯森不锈钢潜水泵概述
不锈钢潜水泵是潜水泵的一种，因为有很多潜水泵的材质是铸铁或者塑料的，如果仅仅用这些材质做出来的潜水泵，就很难满足客户的需求，如有很多有腐蚀性的介质就不能排放，如硫酸、盐酸、硝酸等；这是它的其中一个特点。另外的特点就是除了不生锈外，还耐高温。所以有很多厂家又生产了耐高温不锈钢潜水泵。虽然是不锈钢，但是有很多辅助材料就耐不了多少高温，一般在120°以内是没有问题，如有些化工厂需要耐高温200多度的还是得选用离心泵。

主要特点：

●不锈钢潜水全部采用精密铸造而成，除了能够生产304的以外，还可以生产316、316L、等。

●采用不锈钢设计的排水结构，因为一般污水泵都有一定的腐蚀性和磨损，在设计上采用了耐磨，耐腐蚀的不锈钢作为主要材料，它具有普通潜水排污泵的全部优点，同时增加了耐磨耐腐蚀的特点，扩大了适用范围。

●不锈钢自身有耐高温性能，正常情况下可耐介质温度50度左右，在巴赫公司的技术改进上可在100度以下的介质温度定做。

●304的使用范围在PH值4-10之间好用，如果超过该介质，建议使用316或者316L。

●电压除了可以做220V和380V以外，还可以定做440V和660V电压。
