KAYSEN凯森加药计量泵概述

加药计量泵是可以计量所输送液体的机械，常被用于各类型药剂添加成套设备上，因此也叫加药泵。

通常描述为：加药计量泵是一种可以满足各种严格的工艺流程需要，流量可以在0-100%范围内无级调节，用来输送液体（特别是腐蚀性液体）一种特殊容积泵。

主要特点：

●流量精度≤±1％

●进出口连接：可选卡套式焊接管式、法兰式、螺纹式

●特殊设计：（1）高压；（2）高温；（3）低温；（4）加热夹套；（5）高粘度

●泵的*额定排压P2=50Mpa

●适应介质温度≤400℃

●流量控制方式：手动/自动冲程调节器/变频

●泵在运行或停止状态下可调节流量。

●泵的过流零件可选材质：304、316L、20#合金、哈氏B、哈C、陶瓷等。

●可多台并联使用，可分别独立调节流量

●泵为蜗杆副传动，曲柄连杆机构，行程调节机构为N轴

●泵的*额定排量Q=3000L/h

●液体混合

用于GMP标准的配药及生物科技用途的有效输送注射泵滴定溶液的精确混合微量注射泵精密注射泵带有两个独立工作并且不间断供液的通道的单一注射泵单元注射泵。

●灌注向细胞或组织灌注液体

蠕动泵 在稳定抽取液体的同时灌注液体注射泵或蠕动泵高腐蚀性液体输送连续输送高腐蚀液体的单一通道膜式泵不锈钢注射泵.
