磁力泵使用注意事项：

● 禁止空运转。磁力泵使用过程切忌不能无液体运输转（假如泵浦内无液体，会使泵浦的轴受轴承温度升高现象，导致泵浦烧坏损毁）

● 磁力泵没有自吸功能，因此泵的要低于液位面工作时确保进水口有水压便能稳定工作。启动后需把泵体之内灌满所抽介质，排出空气，并且保证抽入与吸出口阀门全部作为开启状态。

● 如无压力、流量时，启动电机，试看电机转向有没有反转（电机风罩有转向标识）。

● 尽量使磁力泵的流量与扬程在标牌之上标明的范围之内，以此确保磁力泵于*效率点运行，便能取得*的节能效果。

● 磁力泵在使用过程中电机要避免防水措施，以免电机进水烧坏或是电机生锈，影响使用。

● 保养人员应周期检查磁力泵管路以及结合处缺水或是螺纹松动现象。

● 检查磁力泵有振动或声音大应立刻检验原因检修。

● 磁力泵要停止使用时，先行关闭电机，接着关闭阀门、再关闭压力表。

● 定期检查轴承、密封圈的磨损情况，磨损比较大应立即更换新的。

● 磁力泵在冬季节使用时，停止后，需将泵体外部介质放净。避免冻裂。

● 磁力泵长年停用，需将泵全部拆开，擦干水分。

Precautions for use of magnetic pump：

● Do not run dry. The magnetic pump must not be transported without liquid during use (if there is no liquid in the pump, the pump shaft will be subject to the bearing temperature rising phenomenon, causing the pump to burn and damage)

● The magnetic pump has no self-priming function, so when the pump inlet is lower than the liquid level surface, make sure that the water inlet has stable water pressure. After start-up, the pump body must be filled with the pumped medium and exhausted, and the pumping and suction outlet valves must be kept open.

● If there is no pressure or flow, start the motor and see if the motor's direction of rotation is reversed (the motor hood has a direction mark).

● Try to keep the flow and head of the magnetic pump within the range indicated on the label, so as to ensure that the magnetic pump operates at the highest efficiency point, and the maximum energy saving effect can be achieved.

● During the use of the magnetic pump, the motor should be protected against water, so as to prevent the motor water from being burned or the motor rusting, which will affect the use.

● Maintenance personnel should periodically check the magnetic pump pipeline and the joint for water shortage or loose threads.

● Check the magnetic pump for vibration or loud sound. Check the cause and repair immediately.

● When the magnetic pump is to be stopped, turn off the motor first, then close the valve, and then close the pressure gauge.

● Regularly check the wear of bearings and seals. If the wear is relatively large, replace it with a new one immediately.

● When the magnetic pump is used in the winter season, after stopping, the external medium of the pump body must be cleaned. Avoid frost cracking.

● The magnetic pump has been out of service for many years. It is necessary to disassemble the pump and wipe off the water.
