进口液压隔膜计量泵也叫柱塞隔膜计量泵的一种，是结合柱塞式计量泵和隔膜式计量泵的特点而设计的一种计量泵。该计量泵与被计量介质介质接触部分为隔膜，而驱动部分为液压柱塞。由于隔膜根据被计量介质的不同可选用不同的材质，如海波隆（CSM）、氟化橡胶（FPM）、泰氟隆（PTFE）等，而液压驱动可实现高压计量的需要，所以柱塞隔膜计量泵的使用领域和工矿压力大大提高。

KAYSEN凯森公司系列的柱塞隔膜计量泵便是这一种类型的计量泵的杰出代表。该计量泵集中了隔膜式计量泵和活塞式计量泵的所有特点，既满足了用户对出口压力的要求（*可达100巴），又解决了腐蚀性介质的计量要求。

该计量泵的流量不随压力变化，在工作状态和非工作状态下均可进行0－ 的线性调节。

一泵双头设计，使一台泵同时用不同的计量量计量不同介质的应用成为现实，既节省了空间，又降低了成本。

镜面反照式设计，使活塞法兰及计量头在驱动齿轮左右两侧均可自由安装，现场安装灵活。

模块式设计使现场安装及维护变得非常便捷。

产品内置过压安全保护阀，省去了一般计量泵安装旁路的麻烦，既节省了空间，又增加了产品使用的安全性。
