德国KAYSEN凯森进口液环真空泵概述
进口液环真空泵有单级、双级之分,以及单作用和双作用区别。单级和双级真空泵指其叶轮的级数;单/双作用指其叶轮/壳体的形式,单作用叶轮真空泵的叶轮旋转一周气体经历一次吸入/排出;双作用的真空泵其叶轮旋转一周经历两次气体的吸入与排出。

主要特点:

进口液环真空泵是靠偏置叶轮在泵腔内回转运动使工作室容积周期性变化以实现抽气的真空泵。它的工作室由旋转液环和叶轮构成,其结构和工作原理与液环压缩机相似。工作时吸气口接被抽真空容器。

若泵腔内如充的是水,则称为水环真空泵。被抽气体温度以0~40℃为宜。循环水不应含有杂质。水环真空泵的抽气速率范围为0.25~500米(/小时;极限压力:单极泵为8×10(~2×10(帕,双级泵为2×10(~1×10(帕。水环真空泵主要用于真空蒸馏、真空干燥和水泵引水等方面。
