离心曝气机采用电机和叶轮直接传动,利用叶轮旋转所产生的离心力排开周围水形成低压区吸入水流同时,在叶轮进口处制造真空而吸入空气,在混气室中气与水充分混合形成均匀的气水混合液,在离心力作用下快速排出。
潜水离心式曝气机产品为自吸式曝气,直联式结构。旋转的叶轮产生的离心力,在叶轮的进口处形成负压吸入空气和水,利用叶轮的功能在混合室里将一定比例的气水混合,在强大的离心力下,气水二相流沿叶轮的切线方向经流道整流后,向圆周方向扩散,细碎的微小气泡充分与水相融,从而达到充氧曝气的效果。

主要应用:
潜水离心式曝气机用于各种污水处理工程中生化处理工艺的曝气池、曝气沉砂池、预曝气池、好氧硝化池曝气充氧混合及养殖塘增氧。

潜水曝气机选型:
建议从五个方面加以考虑,既液体输送量、扬程、液体性质、管路布置以及操作运转条件等。
流量是选离心曝气机的重要性能数据之一,它直接关系到整个装置的的生产能力和输送能力。如设计工艺能算出离心曝气机正常、较小、较大三种流量。选择离心曝气机时,以理想流量为依据,兼顾正常流量,在没有理想流量时,通常可取正常流量的1.1倍作为理想流量。    
扬程是选离心曝气机的又一重要性能数据,一般要用放大5%—10%余量后扬程来选型。   
液体性质,包括液体介质名称,物理性质,化学性质和其它性质,物理性质有温度c、密度d、粘度u,介质中固体颗粒直径和气体的含量等,这涉及到系统的扬程,有效气蚀余量计算和合适泵的类型:化学性质,主要指液体介质的化学腐蚀性和毒性,是选用泵材料和选用那一种轴封型式的重要依据。    
管路布置条件指的是送液高度送液距离送液走向,吸如侧较低液面,排出侧较高液面等一些数据和管道规格及其长度、材料、管件规格、数量等,以便进行系梳扬程计算和汽蚀余量的校核。   
操作条件的内容很多,如液体的操作T饱和蒸汽力P、吸入侧压力PS(*)、排出侧容器压力PZ、海拔高度、环境温度操作是间隙的还是连续的、泵的位置是固定的还是可移的。 
 
潜水曝气机注意事项:
如果水泵有任何小的故障切记不能让其工作。如果水泵轴的填料完磨损后要及时添加,如果继续使用水泵会漏气。这样带来的直接影响是电机耗能增加进而会损坏叶轮。  
如果水泵在使用的过程中发生强烈的震动这时一定要停下来检查下是什么原因,否则同样会对水泵造成损坏。  
当水泵底阀漏水时,有些人会用干土填入到水泵进口管里,用水冲到底阀处,这样的做法实在不可取。因为当把干土放入到进水管里当水泵开始工作时这些干土就会进入泵内,这时就会损坏水泵叶轮和轴承,这样做缩短了水泵使用寿命。当底阀漏水时一定要拿去维修,如果很严重那就需要更换新的。  
水泵使用后一定要注意保养,比如说当水泵用完后要把水泵里的水放干净,把水管卸下来然后用清水冲洗。  
水泵上的胶带也要卸下来,然后用水冲洗干净后在光照处晾干,不要把胶带放在阴暗潮湿的地方。水泵的胶带一定不能沾上油污,更不要在胶带上涂一些带粘性的东西。  
要仔细检查叶轮上是否有裂痕,叶轮固定在轴承上是否有松动,如果有出现裂缝和松动的现象要及时维修,如果水泵叶轮上面有泥土的也要清理干净。  无法启动  首先应检查电源供电情况:接头连接是否牢靠;开关接触是否紧密;保险丝是否熔断;三相供电的是否缺相等。如有断路、接触不良、保险丝熔断、缺相,应查明原因并及时进行修复。其次检查是否是水泵自身的机械故障,常见的原因有:填料太紧或叶轮与泵体之间被杂物卡住而堵塞;泵轴、轴承、减漏环锈住;泵轴严重弯曲等。排除方法:放松填料,疏通引水槽;拆开泵体清除杂物、除锈;拆下泵轴校正或更换新的泵轴。

Dive aerator notes:

● If the pump has any small faults, remember not to let it work. If the filler of the pump shaft is worn out, it should be added in time. If the pump is used continuously, it will leak. The direct effect of this is that the motor consumes more energy and can damage the impeller.

● If the pump has a strong vibration during use, be sure to stop and check what is the cause, otherwise the pump will be damaged.

● When the bottom valve of the water pump leaks, some people will fill the water pump inlet pipe with dry soil and flush it with water to the bottom valve. This is not desirable. Because when the dry soil is put into the water inlet pipe, when the water pump starts to work, the dry soil will enter the pump, which will damage the water pump impeller and the bearing, which shortens the service life of the water pump. When the bottom valve leaks, it must be repaired. If it is serious, it needs to be replaced.

●Be sure to pay attention to maintenance after using the pump. For example, when the pump is used up, put the water in the pump clean, remove the water pipe and rinse it with clean water.

● The tape on the pump should also be removed, then rinse with water and dry in the light. Do not put the tape in a dark and humid place. The tape of the pump must not be stained with oil, and do not apply some sticky material to the tape.

Carefully check the impeller for cracks. If the impeller is fixed on the bearing, if it is cracked or loose, it should be repaired in time. If there is mud on the pump impeller, clean it. Unable to start First check the power supply: whether the connector is secure; whether the switch is tight; whether the fuse is blown; whether the three-phase power supply is equal. If there is a disconnection, poor contact, fuse blown, lack of phase, the cause should be identified and repaired in time. Secondly, it is checked whether it is the mechanical failure of the pump itself. The common reasons are: the packing is too tight or the impeller and the pump body are stuck by the debris; the pump shaft, the bearing and the leak-reducing ring are rusted; the pump shaft is severely bent. Remedy: loosen the packing, dredge the water tank; disassemble the pump body to remove debris and rust; remove the pump shaft to correct or replace the new pump shaft.
