产品描述 Description
优异的耐腐蚀性能：过流端材质分别为CFRPP、FRPP、CPVC、PVDF。
两者均具有优异的耐腐蚀性能，可用于输送包括强酸、强碱在内的大多数化学液体。
优点 Advantage
a、特殊设计的轴封冷却。内置聚四氟乙烯波纹管密封件具有自动冷却性能，无需使用循环冷却软管。
b、真空自吸设计。极强的自吸力。内置节流阀，完全防止泵内液体回流。
c、优越的耐腐蚀性能。材质 - CFRPP FRPP CPVC PVDF
d、为防止异物吸入,应在进口处安装脚阀。为了防止直接回流,止回阀应安装在出口处。逆流会导致泵体损伤和干跑也会对泵造成损害。
e、根据客户需求,可组装循环冷却管.在干运行时,泵内的液体循环并冷却沿轴密封。

Like any pump, it is always crucial to keep a set of spare parts on site.
As a way to prevent any issues, please do the following:
Visual inspection - Visually inspect the pump for any leaks, damage, or abnormal sounds, indicating a problem. Open the inspection port and check if the impeller rotates freely and if there are any foreign objects.
Lubrication - Ensure that all bearings are adequately lubricated or that the constant oil level oiler has sufficient lubricant.
Vibration/Alignment - Check if the pump is aligned and there is no excessive vibration.
Maintenance Log - Always save maintenance logs locally on the device, detailing when and what maintenance was carried out.
