切割潜水排污泵，是采用凯森泵业有限公司先进的技术研发而成水泵，此系列水泵具有带撕裂的结构，能将污水中长纤维、袋、带、草、布条等物质撕裂、切断，然后顺利排放，特别适合于输送含有坚硬固体、纤维物的液体以及特别脏、粘、滑的液体。
 

主要特点：

●排污能力强、无堵塞，能有效通过直径φ30～φ80毫米的固体颗粒。

●撕裂机构能够把纤维状物质撕裂，切断，然后顺利排放，无需在泵上加滤网。

●设计合理，配套电机功率小，节能效果显著。

●采用*材料的机械密封，可以使泵安全连续运行8000小时以上。

●结构紧凑，移动方便，安装简单，无需建造泵房，减少工程造价。

●双导轨自动安装系统，安装维修方便，人可不必为此而进出污水坑。

●浮球开关可根据所需的水位变化，自动控制泵的停启，无需专人看管。

●可配备全自动保护控制箱对产品的漏电、漏水及过载等进行有效保护，提高产品的安全可靠性。

主要应用：
切割潜水排污泵适用于化工、石油、制药、采矿、造纸、电厂及城市污水处理、市政工程、公共设施排污等输送带颗粒、纤维的污水污物。

切割潜水排污泵维护保养：
   ●电泵应有专人管理与使用，并定期检查电泵绕组与机壳之间的绝缘电阻是否正常*不得低于0.5兆欧，否则必须拆下将定子烘干，绝缘电阻升高后方可使用。
   ● 每次使用特别是用于较稠较粘的浆液后，应放于清水中运行数分钟再存放。
   ●电泵每使用300~500小时后应打开腰部油孔螺钉并用纯净10号机油补充，使用机械密封保持良好的润滑状态。如发现油室大量进水则表明机械密封失效，应予更换。
   ●电泵启动后如发现流量不足或扬程达不到规定值（除管路阻力大或堵塞)可能是转向反了，这时应断开电源，将电缆的三根相线中任意二根相互对换后，量新接好再启动便可。
   ●电泵拆卸、维修后，密封性能必须经0.2MPa气密试验检查。
   ●弯头和电泵分离放在板箱内，请将弯头装在电泵上，如果电果和管道连接则不必再装弯头。
