KAYSEN凯森加药计量泵概述

加药计量泵是可以计量所输送液体的机械，常被用于各类型药剂添加成套设备上，因此也叫加药泵。

通常描述为：加药计量泵是一种可以满足各种严格的工艺流程需要，流量可以在0-100%范围内无级调节，用来输送液体（特别是腐蚀性液体）一种特殊容积泵。

主要特点：

●进出口连接：可选卡套式焊接管式、法兰式、螺纹式

●特殊设计：（1）高压；（2）高温；（3）低温；（4）加热夹套；（5）高粘度

●泵的*额定排压P2=50Mpa

●适应介质温度≤400℃

●流量控制方式：手动/自动冲程调节器/变频

●泵在运行或停止状态下可调节流量。

●泵的过流零件可选材质：304、316L、20#合金、哈氏B、哈C、陶瓷等。

主要应用：

●仪器传输
