无阀式运行柱塞计量泵常规系列带有旋转控制柱塞，这种泵的运行是通过柱塞往复移动和旋转运动完成的。

这样，柱塞本身就可以打开和关闭吸入和输出口，而不需要阀，这种泵的冲程频率工作范围广。

The conventional series of valveless running plunger metering pumps with rotary control plungers are operated by plunger reciprocating and rotary motion.

In this way, the plunger itself can open and close the suction and output ports without the need for a valve, which has a wide operating range of stroke frequency.

Based on this principle, conventional pumps can meter liquids with high viscosity and even large particle impurities.

The pump head is made of stainless steel and the plunger and its cavity are protected by a special coating.

Depending on the application, the pump head can also be made of a better material.

The gap between the plunger and the cavity is primarily used to fill the seal for metering high viscosity liquids.

The small sunroof on the back of the pump head is sealed with a rubber ring seal, and the direction of liquid flow in the metering pump is selected by the way the plunger is mounted. Rotate the pump head around the horizontal axis to achieve repeated suction of liquid.
