主要应用：
喷泉潜水泵主要用于喷泉供水,水产养殖等场所。广泛用于低扬程的城市、农田排 灌、喷灌,工业及民用的供、排水系统,丘陵、山区引水,以及低洼地排除积水。

喷泉泵故障排除法：
       1.启动时水泵不转　原因：填料太紧或叶轮与泵体之间被杂物卡住而堵塞；泵轴、轴承、泄漏环锈住；泵轴严重弯曲。排除方法：放松填料，疏通引水槽：拆开泵体清除杂物或锈；校正弯曲的轴或换新的泵轴。
　　2.启动后水泵不出水　原因：泵内有空气或进水管积气；底阀关闭不严灌水不满、真空泵填料严重漏气；闸阀或拍门关闭不严。排除方法：清除杂物，更换已损坏的橡皮垫，改变阀片方向；压紧或更换新的填料，关闭闸阀或拍门；加大灌水量，直到放气螺塞处不冒气泡；更换有裂纹的管水；降低扬程，将水泵的管口压入水下0.5米。
　　3.流量不足　原因：水泵实际扬程超过允许扬程；转速不配套或皮带打滑、转速偏低；轴流泵叶片安装角太小；吸程过高；底阀、管路及叶轮局部堵塞或叶轮缺损；出水管漏水严重。排除方法：降低扬程，恢复额定转速，清除皮带污垢并调好皮带紧度；调好叶片角，降低水泵安装位置；拧紧压盖、密封水泵漏水处，压紧填料或更换填料；清除堵塞物、更换叶轮；更换泄漏环，堵塞漏水处。
　　4.流量由大变小　原因：滤网或喇叭口逐渐被杂物堵塞；动水位降低、进水管淹没水深不够。排除方法：清除杂物，加大底阀入水深度。
　　5.运行中出水中断　原因：管路或进水处有杂物堵塞；填料磨损、松动、水封管堵塞；叶轮被打坏或松脱；动水位剧降。排除方法：清除堵塞物，更换填料、疏通引水管沟槽，正确安装水封环；紧固或更换叶轮；降低水泵安装位置，或待水位上升后再开机。
　　6.功率消耗太大　原因：转速过高；泵轴弯曲；叶片绕有杂物；扬程过高。排除方法：调整合适的转速；校正泵轴；清除杂物；设法降低扬程。

喷泉泵日常维护：
(1)检查并处理易于松动的螺栓或螺母。如拍门、螺栓、轴销、销钉等，双吸离心泵轴封装置填料的松紧程度，空气压缩机阀片等。
(2)油、水、气管路接头，阀门渗漏处理。
(3)电动机碳刷、滑环、绝缘等的检查处理。
(4)检查拦污栅前有无阻水杂物。

Fountain pump troubleshooting method:

       1. The pump does not turn when starting. Cause: The packing is too tight or the impeller and the pump body are stuck by the debris; the pump shaft, the bearing and the leakage ring are rusted; the pump shaft is severely bent. Remedy: Dissipate the packing and clear the drain: Disassemble the pump to remove debris or rust; correct the bent shaft or replace the pump shaft.

2. The pump does not produce water after starting. Cause: There is air in the pump or water in the inlet pipe; the bottom valve is not tightly filled with water, the vacuum pump packing is seriously leaked; the gate valve or the door is not closed. Remedy: remove debris, replace the damaged rubber mat, change the direction of the valve; press or replace the new filler, close the gate valve or flap the door; increase the amount of water until the venting plug does not bubble; replace Cracked pipe water; reduce the lift and press the nozzle of the pump into the water 0.5 m.

3. Insufficient flow: The actual lift of the pump exceeds the allowable lift; the speed is not matched or the belt slips and the speed is low; the installation angle of the axial pump blade is too small; the suction stroke is too high; the bottom valve, pipeline and impeller are partially blocked or impeller defect The outlet pipe is leaking seriously. Remedy: reduce the lift, restore the rated speed, remove the belt dirt and adjust the belt tightness; adjust the blade angle to reduce the pump installation position; tighten the gland, seal the water pump leakage, press the packing or replace the packing; remove the blockage, Replace the impeller; replace the leak ring and block the leak.

4. The flow rate is changed from large to small. Cause: The filter or bell mouth is gradually blocked by debris; the moving water level is lowered, and the water inlet is submerged. Remedy: Remove debris and increase the depth of the bottom valve.

5. Intermittent water outage during operation Cause: There is debris in the pipeline or water inlet; the packing is worn, loose, and the water sealing tube is blocked; the impeller is broken or loose; the water level drops sharply. Remedy: remove the blockage, replace the packing, clear the groove of the water pipe, install the water seal ring correctly; tighten or replace the impeller; reduce the installation position of the water pump, or turn the water on after the water level rises.

6. Power consumption is too large Cause: The speed is too high; the pump shaft is bent; the blade is surrounded by debris; the lift is too high. Remedy: Adjust the appropriate speed; calibrate the pump shaft; remove debris; try to lower the lift.

Fountain pump daily maintenance:

(1) Inspect and handle bolts or nuts that are easy to loosen. Such as shooting doors, bolts, axle pins, pins, etc., the double-suction centrifugal pump shaft sealing device packing tightness, air compressor valve and so on.

(2) oil, water, gas pipeline joints, valve leakage treatment.
