液下泵是一种正压输送立式泵，可有效解决气阻、气蚀问题。输送物料的防爆等级决定了液下泵产品具有不同的结构、工作原理、分类、适用范围、产品优缺点和操作方式，可简单分为传统液下泵（罐外1区防爆、罐内0区不防爆）和新型液下泵（罐外1区防爆、罐内0区防爆）两大类。

●球墨铸铁或双相不锈钢外壳配合双相不锈钢叶轮，使用寿命长

主要应用：
广泛应用于油田、炼油、石油化工、化学制品、化肥、核电、冶金、食品、纺织、医药和制冷等领域工业系统中,输送不含固体颗粒的易燃易爆、有毒有害、腐蚀性介质及不允许密封污染的介质，不适宜输送含有铁磁性物质的介质。

液下泵在使用过程中，往往会遇到一些故障，下面介绍几种常见故障，并提供处理方法及防范措施：
故障现象：
(1)液下泵运行正常不打水。
(2)液下泵运行有异音。
原因分析：
(1)泵吸入口有杂物，堵住液下泵正常运行。
(2)水泵检修后电机接线反。
(3)泵轴承、轴套磨损严重，造成液下泵叶轮位移，与泵壳发生摩擦。
处理方法：
(1)清理液下泵入口杂物。
(2)联系电热重新调换电源线相级。
(3)拆卸液下泵，更换轴承及轴套，保证水泵叶轮与壳体有足够的间隙。
防范措施：
(1)加强点检，出现问题及时处理。
(2)提高员工的检修工艺培训，严格检修质量。
