KAYSEN凯森化工轴流泵概述：

化工轴流泵是凯森自行研制开发的新产品，按口径分：250、300、350、450、500、600、700、800、900共9个型号，18个规格产品。可靠性好，维修方便，是专为氯碱、制盐中蒸发循环工程的特点而专门设计的轴流泵。借鉴了行业内的成功技术，并融入自身的设计所长，经优化的传动设计，运行振动小，噪音低，大幅提高了轴流泵的运行可靠性和平衡性，使维护周期和使用寿命大大增加。运行可靠性高，维护周期增加一倍以上，寿命增加20%。
可输送化学中性和腐蚀性，冷的或热的，清洁的或污染的，悬浮液或有大量结晶颗粒的腐蚀性液体。

KAYSEN凯森化工轴流泵结构特点：
参照升力线理论，吸取螺旋桨设计的经验，发展了沿径向变环量分布的轴流泵设计方法，并进行了厂内的模型试验，与同类型轴流泵相比，重量轻，体积小，刚性好，效率高(与凯森*代化工轴流泵相比，效率提高10%以上，重量减轻30%以上)。自驱动端看，泵为逆时针旋转。

KAYSEN凯森化工轴流泵设计特点：
化工轴流泵，采用悬臂式支撑型式，单级单吸轴流式叶轮，电机采用直联或皮带传动。采用后开门的结构，使得在检修或更换密封时，只要抽出转动部分即可，而不需要拆卸管路，因此具有维修方便的特点。密封型式可采用双端面机械密封或填料密封。泵体采用弯管式或蜗壳式结构，泵进出口口径相同。轴承箱体带有水冷腔，用以通冷却水冷却轴承。对于悬挂式结构或弹性基础式的轴流泵为特殊设计。

KAYSEN凯森化工轴流泵密封：

密封腔处的径向振摆小于0.5mm，保证了密封的可靠性和耐久性，延长了维修周期。可以安装填料密封和单端或双端机械密封，并可安装动力密封以供特殊场合使用。

固定密封选用Viton等合成橡胶。

填料选用石棉、碳纤维、柔性石墨等优质耐腐减磨材料。

KAYSEN凯森化工轴流泵材质：

过流部件可用1Cr18Ni9，1Cr18Ni12Mo2Ti，1Cr18Ni12Mo3Ti，因科洛804等多种材质制造。输送温度为0～180℃的各种强腐蚀材质。
